ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES

Heart 4 The Nations is open to those who have exhibited a true conversion to faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and who seek to live for His glory. H4TN accepts qualified students without regard to race, nationality, ethnic origin, gender, or denominational affiliation.

Admission to Heart 4 The Nations consists of filling out the Application for Admission Form, submitting it with the application fee of $25.00 (non-refundable). Letters of reference are required from your Pastor or ministry leader and two (2) others persons who have known you for at least two years. Once the application and reference letters are received and reviewed you will be notified if accepted or not.

Accepted students may enter at the beginning of any academic quarter. It is strongly recommended that application be made well in advance in order to arrange for housing and employment if that is needed. All students are responsible for their own accommodations. H4TN staff will help in any way they can.

Schedule of Tuition and Fees

Classes also require the purchase of text books, materials and may have additional fees for notes. All tuition and fees are due and payable in full at the time of class enrollment. Payment may be made by cash or check. Payment schedule can be arranged but an additional $5.00 per payment will be charged. Late payment fees apply and all accounts must be cleared prior to any additional enrollment.

Transfer of Credit

Credits from other Bible Training Institutes may be applied where they are applicable. Credits with an Institutes transcript will be transferred at the cost of $10.00 per credit.

*When credits are sought for courses (without transcripts), classes or life experiences, they shall be evaluated and if applicable charged $20.00 per credit and put into H4TN transcript.

Students may transfer credits from other institutions or Bible Schools toward graduation from H4TN. The student must submit transcripts, and/or *evidence of work done to the Academic Dean for evaluation. No more than one-half of the course load necessary for graduation from H4TN may be transferred.
